Should there ever be a revised edition, it would be nice to have a bit more biology of how these species do their things. But it would certainly be my number one tide pool book. It covers the great variety of seaweeds, seashells and other animal life seen in tide pools and shallow water close to shore. It will allow me to quickly identify everything I see and photograph.
